Customer Experience Associate (Cebu)

The Customer Experience Associate , will play a crucial role in setting up the foundations for making this happen - from identifying customer needs, responding to customer queries, and collaborating with the service excellence leadership team to improve processes.

What you'll be doing;

• Responds to customer inquiries by telephone, e-mail, or live chat to provide problem resolution.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns effectively, finding solutions that align with company policies and customer satisfaction goals
• Adhere to established company processes and procedures related to customer service, ensuring consistency and quality in customer interactions.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for further investigation and resolution.
• Provide recommendations for process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
