Role Description

This is a full-time, remote Chief Financial Officer (CFO) role based in the Philippines. The CFO will oversee the company's financial operations, including financial planning, managing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards. Key responsibilities include developing financial strategies, analyzing data to drive business decisions, preparing comprehensive reports, and collaborating with leadership to inform and implement strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Financial Planning and preparing Financial Statements
• Proficiency in Finance and Financial Reporting
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills for informed decision-making and forecasting
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Proven experience in senior financial management or executive positions
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; advanced degree or CPA / CFA designation is preferred
