WFM MIS / RTA (Real-time Analyst)

Work setup : Onsite in BGC, Taguig

Shift Schedule : shifting schedules 24x7

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree graduate, any field.
• At least 3 years of WFM - MIS / RTA experience, preferably in BPO / Shared Services.
• Must also be exposed to Scheduling, Capacity planning, Forecasting, and Reporting
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel
• Knowledge of using MIS Scheduling tools (Power BI, VBA, Macros, Excel)
• Able to start ASAP
• Please ensure your experience in RTA, Excel, Forecasting, Scheduling, and Capacity Planning (if applicable) is clearly indicated in your CV.
