Schedule :
- Schedule 1 : Monday to Friday 7am to 4pm CT
- Schedule 2 : Monday to Thursday and Sunday 10pm to 7am CT
- Schedule 3 : Monday to Wednesday 2pm to 11pm / Saturday and Sunday 7am to 4pm CT
- Schedule 4 : Thursday to Monday 2pm to 11pm CT
- Schedule 5 : Tuesday to Saturday 10pm to 7am CT
- 40 hours per week with 24⁄7 coverage rotation
- Client timezone : CT (Texas)

Job Description :
You’ll be the frontline hero ensuring seamless healthcare delivery for nurses and doctors caring for elderly patients in nursing homes. This unique hybrid role combines your medical expertise with technical support skills, allowing you to directly impact patient care while growing your knowledge in healthcare technology and telehealth solutions. You’ll work with a supportive team that invests in your development and offers comprehensive training in medical software, telehealth platforms, and elderly care management.
Responsibilities :
Provide tier-one technical support for nurses and clinicians using the telehealth platform (Training can be provided as software is easy to use).Troubleshoot app functionality including video calls, photo uploads, and system connectivity through screen sharingEscalate complex technical issues to tier-two support when necessaryPerform care coordination tasks including opening and closing patient chartsCreate and maintain care plans for elderly patients in nursing home settingsArchive patient data and manage patient transitions during discharges and transfersSupport platform integration with electronic medical record systems like Point Click CareDocument user issues and create requirement specifications for system improvementsAssist with onboarding new healthcare facilities to the platformProvide medical scribing support for clinical documentation when neededRequirements
Medical background (RN, Medical Assistant, Medical Coder, or similar healthcare experience)Strong customer service and communication skills for working with healthcare professionalsBasic IT troubleshooting abilities and comfort with technologyExperience with or willingness to learn screen sharing and remote support toolsHIPAA compliance knowledge or eagerness to obtain certificationProficiency in English for communicating with US-based healthcare teamsBachelor’s degree preferredBonus if you have experience with electronic medical records or telehealth platformsIt helps if you’re comfortable working in a 24⁄7 support environment with shift rotationsWhy Join This Team?
