Work Schedule : Monday to Friday 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm Sydney Time with 1 hour unpaid break.

The company is expanding and seeking a Technical Support Specialist to manage inbound support tickets and assist customers with technical issues, workflow automation, and software integrations.
Role Overview
The Technical Support Specialist will provide customer support, troubleshoot technical issues, and configure automation workflows. This role is ideal for someone with experience in GoHighLevel (GHL), email automation, and web form embedding.
You will work closely with customers and the internal support team to resolve issues efficiently and ensure smooth onboarding and system adoption.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support & Ticket Management
Manage inbound support tickets through helpdesk software.
Troubleshoot customer issues related to GoHighLevel.
Provide clear and effective solutions to technical concerns.
Escalate complex issues to senior support or development teams.
Communicate with clients as needed, including phone calls to book appointments, follow up on active issues, and discuss account-related matters.
Ensure clear, professional, and timely communication at all times.
Workflow Automation & GoHighLevel Configuration
Set up, optimize, and troubleshoot GoHighLevel automation workflows.
Assist clients in configuring email templates, triggers, and automation sequences.
Integrate third-party tools with GoHighLevel to improve workflow efficiency.
Website Support & Form Embedding
Embed and customize GoHighLevel contact forms into customer websites.
Ensure seamless integration between web forms and CRM automations.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to form submissions or embed errors.
