This is a remote position.
Role Name : Sales representative
Schedule :
Part-time (20+ hours per week)
Monday - Friday, 4 pm - 9 pm
Client Timezone : Eastern Time (Toronto)
Responsibilities :
- Follow up with leads generated through paid ads and organic inquiries
- Nurture prospects through phone calls and convert them to memberships or intro offers
- Handle high call volume and manage objections professionally
- Work with existing lead generation systems and CRM processes
- Book prospects for classes and ensure strong commitment to attendance
- Collaborate with the social media team when leads are generated through social channels
- Maintain detailed records of prospect interactions and conversion metrics
