The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and onboarding potential clients, understanding their logistics needs, and providing tailored solutions. This role requires strong relationship management, sales strategies, and analytical skills to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities :
✅ Identify and onboard new clients, building long-term relationships
✅ Understand client logistics needs and provide customized solutions
✅ Prepare and analyze sales reports to track performance
✅ Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
✅ Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively
✅ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
✅ Stay updated on industry trends, customs regulations, and import / export procedures
Qualifications :
✅ Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field
✅ At least 1 year of experience in sales or account management (logistics industry experience is a plus)
✅ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
✅ Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
✅ Ability to multitask and work independently or collaboratively in a team environment
✅ Proficiency in Google Workspace and freight management software
✅ Familiarity with customs regulations and import / export procedures is a plus
