What you'll do :

⭐  Qualify Leads : Engage with inbound leads through emails, chat, and calls to assess their needs and determine their fit for the business.

⭐  Collaborate with AEs : Work closely with Account Executives to ensure qualified leads are effectively handed off for further discussions and deal closure.

⭐  Follow Up : Proactively follow up with prospects and maintain consistent communication to nurture relationships and keep them engaged.

⭐  Manage Communication Channels : Handle a high volume of emails, chats, and other communications with professionalism and efficiency.

⭐  Utilize CRM Tools : Use CRM and sales platforms to organize leads, track sales opportunities, and document all interactions accurately.

⭐  Improve Processes : Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in current processes and recommend improvements to enhance team productivity.

Who you are :

⭐  Educational Background : A recognised diploma or degree in a relevant field is preferred, but extensive relevant work experience can substitute for formal qualifications.

⭐  Sales Experience : Ideally, you have 1–2 years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role or a related position.

⭐  English Proficiency : Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential to effectively communicate with UK-based prospects and team members.

⭐  Tech-Savvy : Comfortable using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools to manage leads and track performance.

⭐  Self-Starter : Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of productivity
