Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct cold calling to generate new leads and sales opportunities.
• Qualify potential customers and identify their needs.
• Close sales deals over the phone or through online meetings.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Lead Management & Customer Engagement
• Follow up on inbound leads and referrals to convert them into sales.
• Provide product information and solutions based on customer requirements.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of leads, prospects, and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with external sales teams to maximize sales opportunities
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Track and report on sales performance and conversion rates.
• Continuously improve sales techniques and strategies.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports and records.
• Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences.
• Support sales campaigns and promotional activities.
