Position Overview
We are seeking a versatile and strategic Human Resources Generalist with strong expertise in Organizational Development (OD) , Employee Welfare , and HR Metrics & Analytics . This role plays a vital part in fostering a positive workplace culture, driving organizational effectiveness, and supporting continuous improvement through data-driven HR practices.
The ideal candidate is both people-oriented and analytical , capable of balancing employee engagement initiatives with strategic OD programs and HR performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
Organizational Development (OD) :
Design, implement, and evaluate OD programs that support talent development, succession planning, and cultural transformation.
Partner with leaders to assess organizational needs and recommend interventions for structure, performance, and change management.
Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and training sessions to support leadership and team development.
Employee Welfare & Engagement :
Develop and manage programs that enhance employee well-being, satisfaction, and retention.
Implement engagement surveys, analyze results, and propose actionable plans.
Lead initiatives promoting work-life balance, recognition, and employee support systems.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies related to employee relations and welfare.
HR Metrics & Analytics :
Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to support decision-making (e.g., attrition, engagement, performance, and productivity metrics).
Prepare HR dashboards and reports for management review.
Identify trends and recommend evidence-based strategies for HR improvement.
General HR Functions :
Support HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and policy implementation.
Partner with department heads to address employee relations issues and improve team dynamics.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field .
At least 5 years of HR experience , with strong exposure to OD, employee engagement, and HR analytics .
Solid understanding of HR metrics, data reporting tools, and workforce analytics .
Proven experience in developing and implementing OD or employee programs.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proactive, data-driven, and results-oriented, with a passion for improving organizational culture
Willing to work in Mandaue, Cebu
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 7–10 years progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity. Strong background in Training, Organizational Development, and HR Programs — essential. Proven track record in both corporate / creative environments and manufacturing / operational settings. Strong knowledge of Philippine labor law; exposure to UK / EU HR practices is a plus. Skilled in recruitment, employee relations, and strategic HR leadership. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
