Responding to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email and chat in a professional and empathetic manner
Resolving customer issues efficiently and in accordance with company policies and procedures
Providing product and service information to customers
Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and recommend solutions
Continuously developing your product knowledge and customer service skills
What we're looking for
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle customer inquiries
Customer-focused attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding service
Resilience and the ability to remain composed under pressure
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
Prior experience in a customer service or call center environment is preferred
