Training Manager (Hybrid Setup)

Role Requirements :

• A college degree is required, preferably in Nursing, Psychology, Mass Communications, or Education.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Training Manager in the BPO or contact center setting
• With experience leading process trainers, Assistant Managers, and Lead Assistant Managers.
• Must have experience facilitating training sessions, conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA), and creating action plans to address knowledge or performance gaps.
• Experience in an insurance campaign is a strong advantage.
