Work setup : Hybrid setup in Cebu City
Industry : BPO
Role Requirements :
- A college degree is required, preferably in Nursing, Psychology, Mass Communications, or Education.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Training Manager in the BPO or contact center setting
- With experience leading process trainers, Assistant Managers, and Lead Assistant Managers.
- Must have experience facilitating training sessions, conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA), and creating action plans to address knowledge or performance gaps.
- Experience in an insurance campaign is a strong advantage.
