Back Office Associate
The Back Office Associate is responsible for supporting the company’s operations by handling administrative, clerical, and non-client-facing tasks. This role ensures smooth workflow and accurate documentation to help the front-line team focus on delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities :
Process and verify data, documents, and transactions.
Maintain accurate records and update databases.
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other business documents.
Provide administrative support to different departments.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or issues.
Qualifications :
At least HS / SHS Graduate (College level or Graduate preferred).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office or equivalent tools.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Previous back-office or admin experience is an advantage but not required.
