Job Description

• Supervise a team of Back-Office Associates handling document review and downloading tasks
• Monitor daily productivity, accuracy, and timeliness of deliverables
• Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure team members follow proper processes
• Perform quality checks to maintain compliance and data accuracy
• Assign workloads, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met
• Communicate with management regarding performance, challenges, and process improvements
• Motivate the team to stay focused and consistent when handling high-volume, repetitive tasks
• Handle escalation issues and ensure smooth workflow operations
