What You Will Be Doing
- Create and manage comprehensive 3-statement models with clear drivers, integrated ERP outputs, and AI-enhanced scenario analysis.
- Deliver complete investment packages—including models, sensitivity analysis, and board-ready memos—within 72 hours.
- Analyze and optimize key metrics such as CAC, retention, pricing, and utilization to uncover impactful assumptions.
- Transform fragile business plans into structured, measurable execution strategies with defined KPI benchmarks.
- Oversee and refine financial systems to facilitate real-time decision-making in SaaS and education portfolios.

Design and manage an AI-enhanced financial system that informs critical investment decisions, supports scalable growth, and provides clarity for execution across rapidly expanding SaaS and education ventures.
Basic Requirements
5+ years in PE, IB, or Big 4 M&A / Corporate Finance (excluding audit / tax), with hands-on experience in deal modeling, engaging with clients / boards, and making investment decisions.Professional credentials such as CPA, ACA, ACCA, CFA, CIMA, or MBA, with solid knowledge of US GAAP / IFRS and integrated financial statements.Experience with enterprise-level ERP systems like NetSuite, Oracle, or SAP.Proven ability to use AI for modeling, scenario planning, research, memo creation, and automation.History of producing polished, strategic models and board-level recommendations swiftly and effectively.Reside within UTC-8 to UTC+3 time zones.Nice-to-have Requirements
Familiarity with SaaS or EdTech business models.Experience in designing financial systems, beyond just modeling within existing frameworks.Background in dynamic, founder-driven environments with evolving roles and candid communication cultures.About Trilogy

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
