Electrical Engineer (Hybrid Work Setup, Requires Travel)

Salary : PHP 50,000 – 70,000 per month

Work Setup : Hybrid (occasional travel required)

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Engineer to join our team. This role involves the design, integration, and validation of high-voltage (HV) and low-voltage (LV) electrical systems for electric vehicles, along with creating technical documentation to support service and aftersales teams.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with EV electrical systems , strong expertise in wiring harness design, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical documentation. This role offers a chance to work on cutting-edge electric vehicle technology with global teams.

Key Responsibilities

Electrical System Design & Integration

• Design and integrate HV and LV systems, including wiring harnesses, connectors, power distribution units (PDUs), and vehicle control modules.
• Develop electrical schematics, circuit diagrams, and harness layouts using E-CAD tools.
• Support prototype builds and commissioning of EV electrical systems such as battery packs, inverters, motors, and charging systems.
• Perform electrical testing and diagnostics, including HV safety tests and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure component specification compliance and quality standards.
