We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee the Human Resources department. The role involves managing HR operations, employee relations, and organizational development while fostering a positive workplace culture. You will supervise one HR Generalist / Admin staff and ensure alignment of HR strategies with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily HR operations, including hiring, firing, policy enforcement, and employee relations.
- Manage and mentor the HR Generalist / Admin staff.
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and compliance requirements.
- Spearhead Training & Development programs to support employee growth and organizational performance.
- Lead initiatives to enhance company culture and employee engagement.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs (progressively taking on broader comp & ben responsibilities).
- Handle disciplinary actions, notice to explains (NTEs), and conflict resolution in a fair and professional manner.
- Advise management on HR best practices and provide guidance on workforce planning.
- Support compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.At least 5–7 years of HR management experience , preferably in SMEs.Strong background in employee relations, training & development, and policy management .Excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.Ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality.Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.Benefits
