Job description

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, or related field
2-3 years of HR experience (preferably in payroll or C&B)
Strong background in payroll, compensation, and benefits administration
Familiar with PH labor laws and government requirements
Proficient in MS Excel and HR systems
Strong attention to detail, coordination, and communication skills

Responsibilities :

Process monthly payroll and government remittances

Manage SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and loan applications

Prepare attendance and payroll reports

Maintain accurate 201 files (physical and digital)

Support onboarding, employee engagement, and HR documentation
