Schedule : Monday – Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM UK (includes 1-hour unpaid break)

Responsibilities
Identify and target small businesses with 1–200 employees worldwide
Conduct cold outreach to generate new business opportunities
Present and sell psychometric assessment solutions over the phone
Independently manage and close deals — no handoffs to other sales reps
Handle the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract signing
Build and maintain strong relationships with small business decision-makers
Scope
Target Market : Companies with 1–200 employees globally
Product Price Point : $300 for unlimited access
Compensation : 100% commission structure with high earning potential
Autonomy : Full control over sales process and territory
Focus : High-volume sales with lower price point but strong commission opportunity
Requirements
Proven B2B sales closing experience with a track record of closing deals
SaaS or technology sales background highly valued
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Experience selling to small business owners and managers
Ability to work independently and manage the full sales cycle
Customer service experience preferred
