Learning & Development Specialist - Accounting Focus

Position : Trainer / Coach

Reports To : Enablement Training Manager

We’re looking for an Accounting Trainer / Coach to join our Enablement Team — someone who’s passionate about helping others grow and can bring accounting concepts to life through engaging training and coaching.

In this role, you’ll train and mentor accountants and bookkeepers across NZ, AU, US, and UK markets , helping them build technical confidence, client readiness, and a deeper understanding of tools like Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks . You’ll work closely with our Enablement and Accounting teams to deliver impactful learning sessions and ensure our people are equipped to perform at their best.

Key Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Deliver interactive training and coaching sessions focused on accounting processes and tools
• Support onboarding and upskilling of accountants and bookkeepers
• Assess learning needs and help design development plans
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training content with real business needs
• Provide coaching and feedback to individuals and teams to improve performance.
• Monitor learner progress, track completion, and provide post-training support.
• Reinforce knowledge retention through follow-up sessions, role plays, and knowledge checks.
• Ensure all training aligns with company objectives and departmental needs.
