Procurement Officer - Makati

Key Responsibilities

• Vendor Sourcing & Evaluation
• Identify, qualify, and maintain a pool of reliable vendors and subcontractors based on project requirements.
• Request, review, and evaluate proposals, quotations, and bids.
• Prepare cost-benefit analyses and vendor comparison reports.
• Endorse recommended vendors and suppliers for management approval.
• Technical & Documentation Review
• Read and interpret project plans, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and MEPFS drawings to accurately determine material and service requirements.
• Ensure procurement activities are aligned with project specifications and construction standards.
• Project & Site Coordination
• Coordinate closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams to anticipate procurement needs.
• Monitor and track manpower requirements against project schedules, ensuring timely mobilization of resources.
• Assist in forecasting demand for materials and services to avoid project delays.
• Process & Compliance
• Ensure compliance with company policies, project specifications, and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and vendor databases.
• Support in developing procurement strategies to improve cost efficiency and timely delivery.
