Job Description

The Warehouse Inventory is responsible for overseeing inventory levels at third-party logistics (3PL) providers and ensuring that the inventory is tracked accurately based on the company's requirements and transactions. This role involves close coordination with 3PL teams to resolve issues, monitor performance, and ensure stock levels are accurate

Inventory Management

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records across 3PL facilities.
• Work with the 3PL provider to ensure that stock is properly received, stored, and tracked in the warehouse.
• Regularly reconcile physical inventory with digital records, identifying and resolving discrepancies.

Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. - Minimum of 1-2 years in inventory management, supply chain, warehouse operations, or a related field, preferably in a 3PL environment. - Strong Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis). - Ability to analyze inventory data, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions. - Strong accuracy in tracking, reconciling, and reporting inventory levels. - Ability to manage multiple inventory tasks, track shipments, and maintain records efficiently. - Required skills : Organization, Analytical, Communication and Attention to detail. - Willing to work on-site in Carmona, Cavite.
