Your Role And Responsibilities

• Lead technical design, development, and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions focusing on Employee Central.
• Design and architect integrations, translating client needs into technical solutions driven by the CPI team.
• Lead and manage a high‑performing team of SAP SuccessFactors consultants, ensuring deliverables meet time, budget, and quality standards.
• Participate in strategy development, solution delivery, and mentoring of junior team members.
• Provide business development support and design workshops, acting as a trusted business advisor.
