This is a full-time on-site role located in Metro Manila for a General Manager for Operations. The General Manager for Operations will oversee daily business activities, manage resources, supervise staff, and ensure operational efficiency.

Responsibilities include implementing effective processes, managing customer service, overseeing budgeting, and ensuring that team members are adequately trained.

• Has been a management level onboard
• Experience in a manning / ship management company 7-12 years
• Skills in Customer Service and Team Management
• Proficiency in Budgeting
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Metro Manila
• Minimum with Master's Degree
