Role Summary
This role demands both visionary leadership and deep operational execution across SAP platform (FI, MM, BW, Authorization, …), aligned with enterprise service delivery best practices, global team collaboration, and evolving client needs. The role is primarily a Delivery management role across AMS and Project landscapes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the SAP practice in the Global Delivery Center (PH), setting strategic direction, delivery governance, and performance standards.
- Translate the company’s global vision into actionable department strategies—covering business planning, capability building, and customer success initiatives.
- Champion a client-centric delivery model through innovation in services, technology, and execution frameworks.
- Sponsor bids and serve on executive steering committees for critical SAP engagements.
- Own department-level financials (budget, forecasts, utilization targets, profitability), ensuring alignment with business growth objectives.
End-to-End Delivery Excellence
Define and manage delivery KPIs, SLAs, and operational standards; drive proactive performance monitoring and continuous improvement.Ensure seamless execution of SAP projects across all lifecycle stages—from scoping and solution design to delivery and hypercare.Serve as senior escalation and decision point for complex delivery situations and client concerns.Collaborate with global leadership teams to enhance delivery models and cross-region capability scaling.Play the role of a Delivery mentor and guide to the PH SAP Teams working with counterparts in Europe and at Customer locations.Client & Stakeholder Engagement
Build and maintain trusted advisory relationships with client stakeholders at all levels—from operational leads to CxOs.Be responsible for Client Deliveries – AMS and Projects.Engage in business development activities :Shaping SoWs, RFP responses, and project costing
Solution architecture and service design (SAP & integrated stack)Proposal development and commercial packagingClient presentations and contract negotiationsContribute to product / service innovation and go-to-market strategy with SAP and adjacent solutions.People & Capability Management

5+ years of leadership experience in IT professional services, preferably in SAP.3+ years of successful delivery and / or program management across SAP projects.Expertise in cross-border delivery models, including offshore / nearshore coordination and multicultural team leadership.Deep understanding of the SAP modules (FI, MM, BW, Authorization, …), with working knowledge of integrations with SAP and third-party platforms.Strong financial acumen with experience managing department / unit P&L. Responsible for project and engagement level margins.Demonstrated strength in stakeholder management, business analysis, and communication at the executive level.Nice-to-Have Capabilities
Familiarity with working in European engagements is a definite plusFamiliarity with Cybersecurity standards, risk assessment, and compliance frameworks.Hands-on exposure to AI / ML solutions, especially in automation or predictive analytics contexts.Knowledge of Service Design principles and ITIL framework.Demonstrated ability in product development and managed services offerings.Experience crafting and delivering technical proposals, including architecture, costing, and commercial strategy.Working Conditions
