Position Title : Masterbrand Head
Department : Brand & Revenue Department
Reports To : Brand & Revenue Director
Supervises : Brand Manager, Brand Officer, Customer Experience Officer, Loyalty Officer
II. JOB SUMMARY
The Masterbrand Head is responsible for leading the overall brand strategy, campaign development, and execution. This role ensures that all brand initiatives align with the organization’s brand guidelines and business objectives, while also driving brand equity and customer engagement.
III. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Marketing & Brand Strategy
Lead the development of the annual brand strategy and planning process.
Design and implement key brand initiatives that align with business goals and market insights.
Manage the annual brand activity calendar and ensure timely execution of all initiatives.
Initiate and manage strategic brand partnerships to enhance brand credibility and reach.
Develop long-term brand-building initiatives, including medical tourism and new clinic concepts.
2. Brand Experience
Oversee brand presence across all customer touchpoints to ensure a consistent and positive experience.
Translate brand strategies into actionable briefs for marketing and creative teams.
Drive initiatives that build brand equity and foster customer loyalty.
3. Performance Analysis
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of brand campaigns and strategies.
Use data-driven insights to optimize brand performance and revenue impact.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., analytics, digital, finance, PR) for comprehensive campaign analysis.
4. Budget & Finance
Lead the department’s annual budget planning and management.
Monitor expenditures to ensure efficient resource allocation.
Provide regular financial reports and propose initiatives to maximize ROI.
5. Team & People Leadership
Manage, mentor, and develop a team of brand professionals.
Facilitate continuous learning and upskilling of team members.
Set and monitor KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and foster a collaborative, high-performing culture.
Ensure team compliance with company policies.
Perform other duties as assigned.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as a key liaison between the brand team and other departments (e.g., finance, operations, branch management, external partners) to ensure seamless project execution.
IV. JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, or a related field.
Experience :
6–8 years of relevant work experience, with at least 50% involving team management responsibilities.
Capabilities :
Strong expertise in brand strategy, campaign development, and execution.
Proficient in data analysis and consumer insight generation.
Skilled in managing on-ground activations and leading teams.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Power BI, and basic CRM tools.
Familiarity with Mac applications is a plus.
