High school diploma or TESDA-accredited certification in Mechanical Technology or a related field.
National Certificate (NC) Level II or higher in Plant Maintenance or Fitting (e.g., Plant Maintenance NC III).
Preferably a holder of Plant Mechanic licensure from the Professional Regulation Commission.
Additional training in hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, or machine diagnostics is an advantage.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a plant or industrial mechanic, with at least 2 years in a senior or team lead role.
Experience in manufacturing, utilities, mining, or heavy equipment plants preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude with in-depth understanding of industrial machinery and systems.
Proficiency in the use of tools and diagnostic equipment.
Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, mechanical drives, and alignment procedures.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematic diagrams.
