About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Assistant to support our US BPO delivery hub. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth sales operations by handling client coordination, managing sales calls, and assisting with administrative tasks, enabling the sales team to focus on driving revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and respond to client inquiries.
- Maintain accurate client and lead records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate and schedule client meetings, interviews, and internal discussions.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, tracking leads, and documenting outcomes.
- Provide general administrative support, including organizing digital folders, sales trackers, and email follow-ups.
Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative assistance.Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.Familiarity with Google Suite and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in task management.Prior experience in a BPO, sales support, or telemarketing environment is a plus.Ability to handle high-volume calls, multitask, and work independently with minimal supervision.Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US business hours.What We Offer
