Position : Creator Network Head - Partnership (Supply Side)
Location : Makati
Schedule : Monday to Friday, Morning Shift
Work Setup : Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days work from home, with 1 full WFH week per month)
Salary : PHP 100,000 - 125,000 per month (Salary depends on experiences)

We are looking for a Head of Partnership to join a dynamic digital media company based in the Philippines. This role will take the lead in building and managing a strong ecosystem of content creators and community partners to support branded campaigns. Key Responsibilities
Creator Network Development
- Lead the sourcing, onboarding, and retention of creators across all tiers, from emerging Gen Z talents to top-tier influencers
- Develop and manage creator engagement initiatives such as workshops, networking events, and creator-focused programs
- Build and maintain specialized creator networks, including :
- Affiliate and live-selling creators for eCommerce
- Fast-turnaround creators for agile video production
- Student influencers from universities
- Regional creators from Visayas and Mindanao
- Identify and engage rising creators before they reach peak popularity
Community-Based Partnerships
Establish partnerships with high-impact online and offline communities such as Facebook groups, student organizations, and interest-based groupsIntegrate community perspectives into content campaigns to enhance authenticity and audience trustCampaign Management and Execution
Oversee large-scale creator campaigns involving 50 or more creatorsSupport client campaigns by activating relevant creator and community groupsLead real-world activations that strengthen brand, creator, and community collaborationQualifications
At least 7 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or talent developmentProven success in growing and managing supply-side or creator networksIn-depth knowledge of creator culture in the Philippines and Southeast AsiaStrong network across influencers, talent agencies, and grassroots communitiesAbility to design scalable systems while maintaining creative strategyExperience with content-led brand campaignsStrong project management, communication, and leadership skillsSuccess Metrics
