Work Arrangement :  Remote (LATAM and PH based)

Job Type :  Full-time, Independent Contractor

Work Schedule :  40 hours per week, with core hours between 9 AM – 5 PM EST

As a Full-Cycle Recruiter at Pearl Talent, you'll be at the forefront of managing our recruitment processes, ensuring the seamless connection between clients' needs and top-tier talent. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is driven by results. You'll play a critical role in managing pipelines, screening candidates, and maintaining strong client relationships — all while ensuring that our talent matches the high expectations we set. Your contributions will directly impact the success of both our clients and the candidates we place, helping us maintain our reputation for excellence.

Your Impact

• Driving successful placements by aligning top talent with client needs and refining recruitment processes
• Accelerating hiring timelines by identifying and resolving bottlenecks in collaboration with clients and the recruitment team
• Proactively addressing challenges by implementing strategies that streamline workflows and improve efficiency
• Reducing churn by maintaining strong relationships and quickly resolving client or candidate concerns
• Enhancing outcomes through data-driven insights, feedback loops, and process improvements to maximize successful placements
