Position : Project Coordinator

Location : On-Site (Office at Brgy. Manresa, Quezon City : Along Del Monte & D. Tuazon near Banawe, Mayon, G. Roxas & Balintawak)

At Modernbrands Inc we’re looking for a dynamic Project Coordinator to support our technical team and ensure every initiative is executed with precision and success.

Your Mission :

Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including reports, schedules, and budget.
Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet timelines and budgets.
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.

Who You Are :

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College degree in Architecture

Passionate with managing projects and keeping things within the timeline and budget

Preferably with 3+ years of experience as project coordinator or project-in-charge

Excellent communicator

Highly organized with the ability to meet project timelines and budgets

Bonus : Background in modular cabinetry is a plus
