Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM ACST (includes a one-hour unpaid break)

Responsibilities
Monitor and respond to customer emails and inquiries with professionalism and attention to detail.
Accurately process invoices and manage billing-related administrative tasks.
Operate and maintain POS (Point of Sale) systems for seamless transaction processing.
Track and update shipping information to keep customers informed about their orders.
Upload and manage product data across various business systems and platforms.
Use RMS (Retail Management System) to maintain accurate inventory records.
Monitor e-commerce orders from placement through fulfillment.
Provide general administrative support to help the operations team focus on specialized tasks.
Leverage ChatGPT and other tools to streamline business processes.
Work within the Neto by Maropost e-commerce platform for daily operations and order management.
Requirements
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to respond professionally to customer inquiries.
Proven attention to detail and accuracy, especially when handling invoices, billing, and data entry.
Experience using POS systems and familiarity with transaction processing.
Ability to manage shipping updates and provide timely order status information to customers.
Skilled in uploading, updating, and maintaining product data across multiple platforms.
Experience working with RMS to ensure inventory accuracy.
Knowledge of e-commerce operations, including order monitoring, fulfillment, and customer service support.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
Proactive and willing to take on general administrative responsibilities to support the team.
Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT to improve efficiency and streamline workflows.
Familiarity with the Neto by Maropost e-commerce platform is a plus.
Tech-savvy, adaptable, and quick to learn new software and processes.
