We are looking for a dynamic and execution-focused Recruitment Specialist to lead high-volume hiring efforts for Medical Representatives across multiple regions within the country. This is a fast-paced, deadline-driven role requiring exceptional sourcing skills, speed, and stakeholder management. You will play a critical part in scaling our field force quickly while ensuring top-quality talent that aligns with our brand and sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities :
Own and manage end-to-end recruitment for Medical Representative roles across multiple territories.
Handle high-volume hiring projects, often with aggressive timelines and multiple concurrent openings.
Collaborate closely with Sales Leaders, Regional Managers, and HR to forecast demand and align hiring strategies.
Develop targeted sourcing plans using job boards, social media, campus drives, referrals, and networking.
Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on pharma selling skills, product knowledge, and cultural fit.
Conduct initial phone and video interviews and coordinate timely feedback with hiring panels.
Organize and execute recruitment drives, walk-ins, and bulk hiring campaigns as needed.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate candidate data in the ATS and provide regular hiring reports.
ENsure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Stay compliant with internal policies, local labor laws, and pharma industry standards.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of ready-to-hire Medical Rep talent for future needs.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
2+ years of experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably in pharma or FMCG.
Proven success hiring Medical Sales Representatives, field force, or similar sales profiles.
Familiarity with regional hiring challenges and local talent pools.
Experience organizing walk-in interviews, campus placements, and local hiring drives.
Strong sourcing skills on platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, indeed, and regional job portals.
Ability to handle pressure, shifting priorities, and urgent business needs.
Excellent communication, time management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred Qualifications :
Prior experience working in a pharma company or agency supporting pharma clients.
Experience recruiting for multiple locations simultaneously.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools.
