Account Manager

Responsibilities :

• Bring new business opportunity via telephone and mass communication such as email and social media
• Coordinates appointments, meetings, and calls with customers for business expansions and new opportunities
• Educates clients on new technologies available to them.
• Understanding customer’s specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs.
• Generating Leads, gather requirements, submit proposals
• Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects
• Manage data for new and existing clients
• Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports
