We’re looking for a Project Manager (Healthcare Operations) to support our growing healthtech team and help streamline how projects move from discussion to delivery.
You’ll start by supporting meetings, documentation, and day-to-day coordination — and grow into full ownership of project timelines, deliverables, and team accountability. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, coachable, and excited to learn the tools and systems behind healthcare operations.

What You’ll Work On
Administrative & Meeting Support
Attend team meetings, take clear and concise notes, and circulate summaries with next stepsMaintain internal trackers and follow-up lists to ensure tasks don’t fall through the cracksAssist with scheduling, inbox management, and documentation across toolsLearn and document internal systems and workflowsTeam & Client Support
Manage and respond to simple team or client inquiries via email or chatBuild familiarity with the company’s healthcare systems and toolsSupport onboarding and follow-up tasks for internal or client-facing projectsHelp identify common challenges and improve communication flowProject Management
Track deadlines, deliverables, and ownership across multiple teamsUse project management tools like Notion, Slack, and Linear to manage visibility and progressCreate and share weekly status updates, summaries, and reportsAssist leadership with planning, process improvement, and documentationWhat You Bring
2–4 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or executive support (preferably in SaaS or healthcare)Strong written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive — you know how to keep things movingComfortable learning new systems and adapting to dynamic prioritiesTech-savvy with experience using Slack, Notion, Google Workspace, or similar toolsCoachable, reliable, and committed to continuous improvementNice to Have
