✨ With at least 3 years’ experience in customer service in a BPO set up
✨ Willing to work fully onsite in Lapu Lapu Cebu
✨ Amenable to attend interviews

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
✨ Use chat, email, and phone calls to manage incoming and outgoing customer communications,
✨Professionally respond to inquiries from customers
✨Assess the demands of the client and provide prompt, efficient solutions.
✨Work along with internal teams and raise concerns when necessary.
✨ Help with mentoring and onboarding new team members
✨ Keep up with the policies, goods, and services of our organization.
Recommend and upsell pertinent goods and services when it's appropriate.
