Key Responsibilities :
- Handle customer calls with professionalism and a focus on solutions.
- Provide knowledgeable support for luxury products.
- Use CRM tools to manage customer interactions efficiently.
- Collaborate using Slack and GSuite for smooth internal communication.
Requirements :
Enthusiasm and passion for delivering excellent customer service.Excellent written and spoken English.Familiarity with CRM systems, Slack, and GSuite is a plus.Compensation & Schedule :
$550-$800 per month.Earliest start 9 : 00 AM / latest end time 8 : 30 PM EST.Terms :
