About the Role
You’ll take the lead in driving the firm’s cybersecurity strategy — focusing primarily on Identity & Access Management (IAM) while overseeing or collaborating with teams managing Third-Party Risk (TPRM) and MDR (Monitor, Detect, Respond) . This role combines technical depth with people leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a cybersecurity team focused on IAM, with touchpoints in TPRM and MDR.
- Oversee the implementation, governance, and optimization of IAM frameworks and tools.
- Collaborate across domains to strengthen detection, monitoring, and vendor risk capabilities.
- Partner with senior management to define cybersecurity priorities and ensure enterprise readiness.
- Drive security awareness and cross-functional collaboration across the organization.
Must-Have Qualifications
Proven, hands‑on experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) .Demonstrated strength or solid background in either TPRM or MDR (ideally both).Leadership experience — must have led or managed a team (at least one direct report).Strong cross‑domain understanding — ability to connect IAM, TPRM, and MDR.Excellent communication skills; able to engage both technical and senior business stakeholders.Good-to-Have
Exposure to large enterprise or consulting environments.Experience developing or implementing security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.).Certifications like CISSP, CISM, or equivalent leadership‑level credentials.Why Join Us
