Position Title : Bookkeeper / Accounts Payable Support

Work Set-up : WFH

Schedule : 7 : 00am- 11 : 00am PHT

Salary : Php20,000-Php30,000

Holidays : AU NSW Holidays

Our client is in Strata Management Services that has 40-plus years of experience extending residential and commercial property to industrial and community title Strata Management. They work with a wide range of clients in the Sydney metro area and are always excited to meet with new people.

As a Bookkeeper / Accounts Payable Staff : You will play a vital role in the smooth financial operations. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the timely, accurate, and high-volume data entry of invoices related to various strata plans. This role demands meticulous attention to detail, speed, and a high level of accuracy to support the financial reporting and compliance requirements of the organization. Experience with strata-specific systems is an advantage, though not mandatory. You will be a critical part of the accounts team, supporting managers and ensuring that supplier payments are processed seamlessly.

JOB DESCRIPTION AS A BOOKKEEPER / ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SUPPORT STAFF

Your Responsibilities as as Bookkeeper / Accounts Payable support staff will be :

• Accurately enter hundreds of invoices weekly into the accounting system, ensuring data completeness and precision.
• Input key invoice details including strata plan numbers, invoice amounts, dates, and vendor names.
• Perform initial invoice checks and prepare them for manager review.
• Ensure coding aligns with specific strata plans and internal financial categorization.
• Assist with account reconciliation and resolve invoice discrepancies with vendors as needed.
• Maintain digital records and ensure proper documentation of all payable transactions.
• Collaborate closely with strata managers and internal teams to uphold timely payment cycles.
