Schedule :
- 20 hours per week
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday 11-3PM; Tuesday, Thursday 1-5PM
- Client Timezone : Eastern Time (Connecticut)
Client Overview : You’ll be supporting an experienced consulting firm owner who values skilled administrative support and understands the importance of efficient operations. She’s in a growth transition phase, having previously worked with full teams of assistants and project managers, and is looking to rebuild that operational excellence with the right virtual support partner.

Responsibilities :
Manage and filter email correspondence to keep focus on high-priority communicationsHandle receptionist duties and coordinate phone calls using client-provided systemsConduct follow-up calls and manage inbound scheduling coordinationOrganize digital files and maintain systematic organization across business operationsPerform research tasks and provide analytical support for business decisionsManage calendar coordination and scheduling across multiple business needsSupport billing processes and administrative organization tasksAssist with light marketing activities including content creation and social media engagement (as skills allow)Provide flexible administrative support that may span multiple business entitiesMaintain consistent communication and project updatesRequirements :
Minimum 3 years of administrative assistant experience with demonstrated email management skillsStrong phone communication abilities and customer service experienceProficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and digital organization systemsReliable internet connection, computer setup, and backup power solutionsAbility to work independently while maintaining consistent communicationExperience with scheduling coordination and calendar managementBonus if you have light marketing experience with content creation or social mediaIt helps if you’re comfortable with billing processes and financial organizationBonus if you have experience supporting consulting firms or professional servicesIndependent Contractor Perks
