Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Acquisition Operations Team Member to provide essential support in delivering seamless and efficient recruitment processes. This role focuses on operational, administrative, and coordination responsibilities that ensure an excellent experience for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers. You will play a vital role in maintaining data accuracy, process compliance, and smooth execution of talent acquisition activities.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate interviews, assessments, and other hiring-related activities.
Manage candidate communications and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate and updated candidate and job information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Support pre-hire activities such as offer letter preparation, background checks, and pre-boarding tasks.
Prepare and share regular reports on recruitment metrics, pipelines, and status updates.
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and data privacy standards.
Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR partners to enable efficient hiring operations.
Assist in documenting processes, improving workflows, and adopting recruitment tools and technologies.
Skills & Competencies
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective written and verbal communication skills with stakeholder management ability.
Familiarity with ATS and HR systems (e.g., Workday, Taleo, Greenhouse, SuccessFactors).
Proficiency in MS Office and / or Google Suite, especially Excel / Sheets for reporting.
Proactive, adaptable, and a strong team player in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources (preferred) or any related field.
1 3 years of experience in HR operations, recruiting coordination, or talent acquisition support.
Hands-on experience with interview scheduling, candidate management, or recruitment tools is a plus.
