Job description

At least 1–2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in cosmetics, retail, or beauty industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good command of verbal and written English (and local language, if applicable).

Knowledge of beauty products, skincare, and makeup application is an advantage.

Proficient in using CRM systems, POS terminals, and MS Office applications.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.

Candidate can work onsite in Makati
