Position : HR / Admin Manager

An HR and Admin Manager oversees both human resources and administrative functions, which includes developing HR strategies, managing recruitment, payroll, and benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. This role also involves handling day-to-day administrative tasks, such as office operations, record-keeping, and facility management, to ensure the smooth functioning of the company.
Key responsibilities
Human Resources :
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes.
Oversee payroll, benefits, and compensation administration.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate training and development programs.
Administration :
Supervise daily administrative operations and office management.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Manage budgets for HR and administrative departments.
Oversee office facilities, equipment, and vendor relationships.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Prepare reports and metrics for senior leadership.
Essential skills and qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in HR and administration management.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
High level of attention to detail and confidentiality.
