Accounting Assistant who is fluent in Mandarin to join our team. Will support accounting and finance department in handling day-to-day financial transactions, preparing reports, and assisting with communication between Mandarin-speaking partners or clients
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and records.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and on time.
- Maintain and organize accounting documents and records.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies.
- Support payroll processing and other accounting tasks as assigned.
- Translate and communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients, suppliers, and business partners when necessary.
- Provide administrative support to the accounting team.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field1-2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeepingProficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) and English is requiredStrong knowledge in Microsoft Office and basic accounting softwareExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as a team
