Responsibilities
- Collaborate within financial back-office teams to manage data, transactions, and client accounts; review transaction histories, detect discrepancies, and propose corrective actions.

- Coordinate intercompany billing, vendor payments, staff reimbursements, corporate card programs, and expense reconciliations; ensure timely and accurate settlements.
- Maintain statutory books, client databases, and compliance with regulatory standards; support audit requests and quality reviews.
- Lead or participate in process improvement initiatives, testing, and documentation (data lineage, data flows, BPMN / DFDs); support Agile delivery and requirement traceability.
- Engage with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, Risk, Compliance, Finance) to align requirements and drive business outcomes; prepare management reporting and performance metrics.
- Provide customer-facing support and stakeholder communications; ensure high service quality and timely delivery of tasks under tight deadlines.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Legal Management, or related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, Chartered Secretary, paralegal) are advantageous.Experience levels vary by role : 2+ years in corporate secretarial, accounts payable, fund administration, or related fields; larger roles may require 5+ years in wealth / asset management or audit environments.Strong knowledge of mutual funds, investment products, corporate secretarial practices for funds / SPVs, and regulatory requirements; familiarity with CAS systems or corporate secretarial software is a plus.Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); strong written and verbal communication; ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under pressure.Experience with data analysis, financial reporting, and data lifecycle / documentation; familiarity with Python, R, SQL, FIX, JSON, cloud platforms (AWS / GCP), and Agile methodologies is a plus.Experience / Competencies
OTC market data and regulatory technology experience (MiFID, MAR, FRTB) or related financial services tech exposure preferred.Proven ability to translate business requirements into user stories, collaborate with data scientists / engineers, and deliver compliant data solutions.Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence) and data visualization / presentation skills for stakeholders.Strong problem-solving, organizational, and stakeholder-management capabilities; cross-asset knowledge across Rates, FX, Equity, Fixed Income, and Commodities is beneficial.Locations & Job Types
