Overall Purpose

The incumbent oversees the preparation and timely submission of the Company's financial statements and regulatory reports, ensuring full compliance with the requirements of regulatory bodies such as the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas ("BSP"), Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC"), and Bureau of Internal Revenue ("BIR"). The role also addresses various queries and requirements from these regulatory agencies and external auditors, ensuring accurate and transparent communication of the Company's financial position.

Qualifications
