Qualifications :
Responsibilities :
1. Enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
2. Advises managers and supervisors of state and federal regulations and effective human resource practices with regard to employee issues
3. Evaluates the effectiveness of the organization’s training programs and recommends areas of improvement.
4. Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
5. Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
6. Ensures adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises
