HR Relations Leader plays a key role in ensuring a compliant, structured, and employee-centered workplace at Ecscale. This role oversees HR documentation, legal compliance, and policy creation, while supporting employee engagement, labor relations, and dispute resolution. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, a firm grasp of PH labor laws, and the ability to translate company values into practical, people-focused policies.

Key Responsibilities
- Policy Development & Compliance : Draft, review, and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in compliance with Philippine Labor Laws and DOLE regulations.
- Policy design with the Head of People & Culture to balance company objectives with employee welfare.
- Ensure timely dissemination and implementation of new or revised policies across all teams.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor legislation and apply necessary updates to policies and processes.
- Manage and oversee all HR-related paperwork including employment contracts, addendums, disciplinary actions, clearance forms, and termination documents.
- Standardize templates for HR letters, memos, and agreements to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Support employee lifecycle processes by ensuring proper documentation for hiring, promotion, transfers, and offboarding.
Employee Relations & Case Management
Provide guidance to leaders and employees on workplace issues, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.Conduct investigations and documentation for employee concerns, disciplinary cases, and policy breaches.Serve as a neutral facilitator between employees and leadership to ensure fair and consistent resolution of issues.Maintain confidentiality and sensitivity in all employee relations activities.Maintain accurate and organized employee relations records, case logs, and documentation trackers.Partner with Legal and Compliance teams for policy audits and risk assessments.Recommend improvements to current HR practices and systems to ensure operational efficiency.Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.At least 3–5 years of progressive experience in HR, specializing in Employee Relations and Policy Management.Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Code, DOLE regulations, and employment law.Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to manage sensitive issues with discretion and sound judgment.Experience in a BPO or shared service environment is a plus.Core Competencies
