Job Responsibilities :
Personnel Monitoring -Conduct regular check-ins and maintain oversight of employee attendance, conduct, and compliance with company policies.
Employee Concern Handling -Serve as the first point of contact for employee issues, ensuring timely resolution of concerns related to workplace behavior, performance, or interpersonal matters.
Support to Business Development Officer- Assist in coordinating meetings, preparing documentation, and facilitating communication between internal teams and external partners.
Administrative Support -Perform various administrative tasks including filing, documentation, scheduling, and assisting in HRIS / IRMS updates as needed.
Policy Reinforcement- Ensure employees are informed of and adhere to company policies, providing reminders and clarifications when necessary.
Reporting and Documentation -Maintain accurate records of employee interactions, concerns raised, and actions taken, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
