Job Description :
As a Property Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and selling residential condominium and house-and-lot projects under Amaia and Avida Land Corp (Ayala Land). You’ll play a vital role in guiding clients through their homeownership or investment journey while achieving personal and team sales goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Generate leads through online and on-ground marketing activities.
- Attend to client inquiries and conduct property presentations and site tours.
- Promote Amaia and Avida projects through events, referrals, and digital campaigns.
- Maintain regular communication with prospects and assist them throughout the buying process.
- Submit sales reports and coordinate with the marketing and admin teams.
Sample Deliverables :
Minimum of 3–5 qualified leads per week.At least 2 property presentations or site trippings weekly.Submission of weekly sales activity reports.Achievement of monthly sales target or quota.Active participation in company-led events and training sessions.Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree in any field (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!)Preferably with experience in sales, marketing, or real estate.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Motivated, goal-driven, and willing to learn.Amenable to fieldwork and flexible schedules.What We Offer :
